winsig.exe dll not found

i wanted to start esignal but my pc can not find winsig.exe dll.

what do i have to do?

Die Dynamic Link Library wurde nicht im angegebenen Pfad c:...... gefunden.

I don't see any dll called winsig on my system and the only winsig.exe file is the one in the eSignal folder.
The solution I would try would be to reinstall the program however you may want to first hear from someone at eSignal
