Quotes from an ECN only??

Is it possible to get quotes in a quote window, only from an ECN such as Island?

For example, I know SPY=N will give me the NYSE quotes for that stock, but what if I want only Island quotes? If I type SPY=I into a quote window, it returns "No Data".

Is it possible to get only Island quotes (or only ECN quotes) for a particular stock such as SPY?
