nothing showing up for daily charts

I keep 2 windows open: a 5 min and a daily. The last several days I've been seeing a problem where the 5 min chart pulls up fine, but the daily chart is blank and shows the status "Receiving". This is happening for all stocks on all markets I subscribe to - NYSE, AMEX, Nasdaq.

Sometimes I can restart Esignal and will then get the daily charts, but sometimes that doesnt work.

When you restart eSignal make sure you are also closing down and restarting the Data Manager.
If you are already doing this then when this happens contact Live Rep (under Customer Support in the main menu) so that they may check what server you are connected to etc.
