Old esignal data manager for Neoticker

Hi everyone I'm new to this board.

I have a problem. I own Neoticker 2.95, who doesn't work with the actual esignal data manager it needs an old one (precedent version)
Can anyone help me?
Do anyone knows how old has to be? (which version)?
Do anyone of you has this version?
