    I have no advanced chart data this morning. All charts are frozen, in all timeframes. The quote windows are working, and data manager says everything's ok. Any ideas how to troubleshoot? In the past I've had some slow load times when I switch timeframes, but this morning no timeframe is working.

    It sounds like your having a connection problem. Quickest trick is simply to shut down eSignal and the DM and restart. That re-connects you to all our servers.

    If that doesn't work, you might want to click on the Customer Support menu and use our LiveRep service for direct assistance.
