Historical intraday data

Hi:
I subscribe to Esignal basic with standard charting. The Esignal website says I should be able to access 60 days of historical intraday data for an equity for standard charting.
Could someone tell me how to download and save this intraday data? I need to save it as a .csv file so I can use it with another program.

The option to export data from a chart is available only with Advanced Charts.
You will need a third party downloader such as for example QCollector
