Early Connection issues

i've noticed a problem with esignal in the early part of the trading day over the last week or so. for instance this am i had no quotes for the 1st 15 minutes of the day which wasn't fun since i was massively short and flying blind. i thought it might be a connection isssue from my end by this has happened at 2 different locations, one with a t1 and another with a cable modem. all my other internet functions where working properly when this occurred. any ideas?
