The loading of tick charts have become slower and slower. I'm on 7.9.1 build 738. I have a 2Ghz latest intel cpu with 1.5Mb RAM running Windows XP SP2.

I have just rebooted my pc and created a new page and created one new chart for AB #f 79t 24 hours and 5 days.

It took some 3 minutes to load.

Anyone else had similar problems and has a solution?

FWIW I have found that the download of tick data for Globex futures has been considerably faster since the CME started aggregating trades. As to the specific example you mention it is taking me approximately 35 seconds to download 5 days of tick data for AB. This appears to be consistant across three different computers
