Scale Price Data Only problem

If, as pictured below, I un-select Scale Price Data Only on my spread chart ($RUT - $SPX) so as to see uncropped Bollinger Bands, the data gets squished down to an unusable and unreadable scale. This does not seem to happen to spreads with positive values.

The issue seems to be related to the Bollinger Bands in Basic Studies.
If you try any one of the Bollinger Bands EFS (for example customBB.efs in EFS2 Custom folder) it appears to work fine. In the enclosed image you can see that Scale Price Data Only is unchecked and the chart does not get compressed. This could be a solution in the mean time
