Question about Alert

In the Alert dialog, I click on Individual and see in the list "Change From Close" and "Change From Open".

In the Globallist is only the "Change From Close" and not the "Change From Open" in the Alertlist.
But I need the "Change from Open" for Global.
Why isnt this Alertmode in there?

When eSignal made the enhancements to the alerts in version 7.x we took all the alerts and added them to the individual Mode. To create the Global Mode we took the most commonly used alerts from in the Individual Mode. When we introduced the new alerts in beta we received a lot of positive feedback from the users so we stuck with them in the final release.

As eSignal continues to enhance its software we are constantly looking for improvements to its usefulness to and from our user’s standpoint. Suggestions such as this “Change from Open” will be added to the TO-DO list for a future release within eSignal.
