Does anyone know if it is possible to have a reference displayed in the data window concerning the values of a regression trend line. i.e displaying the current value for the upper, mid and lower channel lines?

If you are referring to to the Line Tool then that option is not available

It is possible and it would require some fairly advanced programming. You should post your question in the New Study Suggestions forum and see if someone has already developed one.
If not and you are unfamiliar with the required programming or don't have the time then you may want to consider contacting an EFS Consultant and have them develop the study for you
