Mouse scrolling

Anyone out there------------can you scroll in a quote/portfoilo window using the mouse wheel on top?

I cant and I know someone who can...same versions too as me 7.91 we cant figure out what the difference is.

I can scroll a Quote/Portfolio window with either the mouse wheel or the click and drag function of the mouse wheel using a Microsoft Optical Intellimouse (see enclosed animated image)
You may want to make sure that you are using the specific drivers for your mouse and not the generic ones provided with Windows. That made a difference in my case.
