I need a trendline alarm

As soon as the price touches my drawn trendline an alarm should go off.

Basically I would like to be alarmed when the price has touched or penetrated a trendline, which I have drawn using the line tools.
Is such an alarm function possible?

It is possible through efs. You may want to see the trend line alert.efs developed by Steve Hare which is posted here
