esignal problem-downloading efs-30s

I have been trying to display efs strategies and data on a 30 sec interval chart ....but despite the fact I have been waiting for more than 3 hours...nothing so far..., as shown in attached chart.
Time requested was only 2 days...!!!!!

On the contrary, another chart with 5 sec interval downloaded without a problem.

Moreover, several buttons, such as the "line" one are not accessible, as shown in the same picture.

My question is to esignal representatives...Why?

What should I do?

Looks like a similiar problem being reported in the Beta forum.

Please post the version of eSignal you are running and PM me your eSignal username so we can check which server(s) you are connected to.

One other note on this inquiry. Line Tools are unavailable for sub 1 minute intervals. This includes seconds (30s), ticks (250t), and volume (5000v) intervals.
