  • HLC/3 Advanced Chart Problem

    Hi,
Since upgrading to eSignal 8.0, the Indexes / Stocks using a HLC/3 Price Source (advanced charts) are now displaying up to 7 decimal places (eg: 0.0000000), previously it was just two decimals places.

    Thanks,
    Paul

    Hi TURLIES,

I opened a few Line charts using HLC/3 but could not duplicate the problem. Please PM me your username so I can check the server you are connected to.

      Hi Ryan,
The decimal place problem on my HLC/3 Advanced Charts is still present. Did you have a chance to check the Server to see if this is the issue?

      Thanks,
      Paul

        Hi Paul,

I connected to the same server you are on but did not see the problem with the decimal places. Please post some examples of the symbols you are looking at and if possible a screenshot.

          Hi Ryan,
Posted below is an example of the HLC/3 decimal place problem. It occurs on Indexes / Stocks / Forex etc.

          I've tested:
          - different time templates
          - different intervals
          - HL/2 and OHLC/4
          - Overlays
          but the problem still occurs.

Close prices work fine (two decimal places).

          regards,
          Paul
