New Highs, New Lows (T&S)

I need the T&S window to highlight the new high and low prints, and the Properties show that it can be done but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Attached is a file with my settings, please let me know what to do.

As far as I can see your settings appear to be fine. Note that the New High/New Low highlights only appear in real time.
In the attached image you can see that the Yen just made a New Low at 1:55 ET and that is highlighted in the T&S window. Also enclosed are my settings

Here is the same after I refreshed the T&S window. As you can see the highlight is no longer displayed since it is no longer a New Low at this point and time
