Is there a way online to change payment from annual renewel to month to month?

I tried going through all the sections and I'm not sure if I have missed it listed somewhere.

Hi Enlighten,

Unfortunately, our Account Maintenance is not capable of converting a prepaid service to a month to month service. The best way would be to contact our Customer Service Dept. for assistance at 1-510-264-1700 Option#1.

Thanks for the reply , seeing as it has been few yrs here , may I ask how does one sign up for prepay annual?

Is it through Account maintenance or some other way?

Hi Enlighten,

Upgrading to an annual prepay can actually be done through our Account Maintenance site or you can contact us to help you set that up. Current annual prepaid clients are renewed automatically. Feel free to contact us at 510-264-1700 Option#1.
