DDE Problem

I can bring up this symbol: "CUS X6" in a chart but can't link the last price using DDE. Says 'no data'. This is the syntax that I'm using in Excel:
=WINROS|LAST!'CUS X6'

Hi,

So CUS X6 works fine in a quote window I assume? Can you also get both a daily chart and an intraday chart w/in eSig for that symbol? Also a good idea to be on ver 8.0 if you aren't already as there were some changes to support the CME Globex level of service (and this symbol is XL as CMG).

Turns out I can only get this symbol on a Daily chart but not intraday. So I'm guessing that this DDE message of 'no data' in this case means 'not entitled'

What does "this symbol is XL as CMG" mean?

XL = Exchange Listed
CMG = Chicago Mercantile Globex

Are you using 8.0?

Which CME level service are you currently taking?

CME eMini
CME Globex
CME (Full pkg)

If you are taking just the eMini pkg, that's likely the issue. If you are on full CME or CME Globex, I'm a bit stumped. Plz let me know.

I think that I'm just on the CME eMini at the moment but I can't get into my online account anymore so can't tell you for definite.
