Reload Data

is there some way I can force a reload of data off the servers?

I sometimes have e.g. an empty NQ #F. I then have to switch to e.g. IBM and then back to NQ #F to make it load the NQ data. Is there some way to simply force a reload ?

I have seen mention of ctrl-OK, but I cannot figure out what OK is supposed to mean. It's not a legend on my keyboard, at least. Thanks in advance!

The OK is the one in the green box at the top of the Cursor Window.
You click on that while pressing the Ctrl key on your keyboard.
