No XETRA data since 25 minutes

I have no data from Xetra exchange since 25 minutes. Where is the problem?? System status shows 'no problem'.

sorry to be negative here, but eSignal seriously makes a mess out of European futures.

Data is delayed for 2-10 seconds (CAC fut no do-able here).

System status only refers to their own systems.
Intraday data is not corrected after outages (like yesterday)

This is not what you expect from such an expensive service.
