Drawing tool possibility?

One suggestion I'd like to throw out there: a drawing tool that colors the <b>background</b> of charts. Something like the line drawing tool that can paint horizontal (or vertical/diagonal) bands on the chart in user-defined colors.

I would love something like this. If I could code an efs file I would, but I don't know if efs can handle something like tools. Anyone know if javascript can do this? Or know of a similar tool?

I think the only way to get something new in Esingal is for you to put a voting thing up and try to have as many people vote for it so that next big update they consider it ..
