lost spreads in upgrade

Hi,

I just upgraded from 7.9.1 to 8.0. In the old version I created a lot of spread symbols, that I'd like to use in the new version as well.

Contrary to Pages and Formula downloads, which are located in specific maps and therefore can be moved from the old to the new version, I could not find any page where the spreads symbols are stored.

Is there any way to recover them in the new version, other then redefine the whole list?

I believe the definitions are stored in the spreads.xml file which is in the eSignal directory
