eSignal Window Disappears...

I just subscribed to eSignal today and I have not been able to get it to work for me. As soon as a I start eSignal, it loads for about 3 seconds and the window disappears. A dialog box will then pop up and say "Save Current Page?". This usually happens right after the Data Manager loads. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
