    Hi Roman,

Can you provide a specific symbol(s) and what greeks you are looking at? Best would be to post a screenshot. That way, we can see if you're seeing 0's or blanks, what else is in that frame, etc.

I pulled up GE Options a moment ago and the options with valid greeks all filled in. If this is sporadic, may take a little time to narrow down.

    Thanks.

        Hi,

Thanks for the specific details. We currently do not support the greeks on Index or Future Options. There is an active project to support Greeks on Futures Options but I don't have an ETA at this time.

Here's a KB Article where this information is posted. Scroll down to the section on Greeks towards the bottom.

        Thanks.

          Hi,
I spoke with Stuart Okmin from sales department
When I signed up for my trying period he said that I can see greeks for futures options
I could not see and i said him about that and also your opinion from this forum
He sent me snapshot (attached below here) where we can see
that he does have greeks(gamma) for euro futures option and I can NOT see it in the same time
So, we understand that it may be a technical problem
Please, Who can help me with the problem?
          Please!!!!!

            Roman,

As stated, we don't currently support Greeks on Future Options. We are in the process of supporting that data but it's still being looked at by our QA Team. As a result, internal servers display data that external users do not have access to. I know Stuart and he's an excellent Sales Rep so I'll make sure he knows about this issue.

            Thanks.
