"connection is normal?"

Hi,all!
Everybody sees the little green "thing" in the down-right part of the screen that means connection is normal.If it becomes red
it means not.
But sometimes if I put the mouse on it I can see "connection normal 1 user" and sometimes I see "connection normal 2 users"
I am the only user ans i am afraid somebody is using my account
If is it possible?What should I do?

According to this article in the eSignal KnowledgeBase it is normal to see the number of users in the Data Manager at 5 or less.
