Installing eSignal

Hi:

I was wondering if eSignal has to be installed and used with an administrative account only. Is there a way to run the product without admin priv. My IT department has setup our computers with restricted access using domain account.

You do not need an administrator account or priviliges to run the program but you need to have administrator privileges to be able to install it.

Hi Alexis:

The program was installed with an administrative account successfully. We verified it runs ok under this account. When we try to run it under my account (non-admin) account the program immediately crashes after double clicking on the application icon. A message appears that says the program has crashed and asks if I would like to report the error.

Any thoughts?

As I understand it the program needs to be installed using the same account with which it will be run and in order to install it that account needs to have (at least temporarily) administrative privileges.
You may want to confirm this with eSignal's support
