I'm looking for a way to scan the market for stocks that have a low(Below 10/Above 90) RSI in a 60 min, 15, min, 5 min or 1 min time frame. I'm the definition of noob when it comes to programing or writing filters. I just know what I need and how to use it.
1.) Is it possible to do this with just the standard eSignal v 8.0?
2.) Is there an add-on program that can do this? If so which one?
3.) Do either of these require much filter writing or is it just punching in numbers.
