Continuous Contracts Questions

I seem to have lost my settings for continuous contracts during reinstall. Does anyone know where this information is stored?

Also, has anyone published the more common settings such as ES, ZB and CL? I couldn't find anything in knowledge base.

The settings of the user defined contracts are stored in the user-rollprefs.tab file which is in the eSignal folder.
