Since the last two days, my charts are not showing. The esignal manager is working fine (with OK and OK), the quote window is also working fine showing all the rates, but the charts are not showing.
Have you made any changes to your computer since the chart problems started? Can you check in the cursor window in your charts and see if you have a Green OK at the top and if not please let us know what is the message in this window. Another thing you can check is by clicking File, Preferences, Connection in eSignal. Make sure you have the following address for all the Host addresses: CM*.esignal.Com . If you do not have these addresses listed please respond for instructions. One last thing you can check is your computer date and time to make sure it is set correctly.
