240 and 480 minute charts

Whenever I use either the 240 or 480 minute time frames there are gaps all over the chart. Has anyone else had this problem and know of a fix? I contacted eSignal and sent them an attachement showing the charts but all I got back was yes we see the problem and no solution. Any help would be appreciated.
