daily volume of QM #F

Why does eSignal show there are already 113K contracts which have been traded for today on QM #F daily charts ( 9:40AM 09/25 )? IT seems to me eSignal always miscalculates the volume of QM (but it seems report the correct number after the session is over). Is there something which I am not aware of causing it?

The daily Volume for futures shows the prior day's Volume and is updated after the session ends.
