eSignal crash and can't load again

My eSignal has crashed and I can't load it again. I hv tried to reinstall but it doesn't work.

I remember it has happened like this before and I asked for help here. I was advised to delete some files (dll files?) and reinstall. Can someone pls help?

Thank you. I will try to reinstall.

Also, I hv switched to another computer. Unfortunately it is an old computer and not very stable. Sometimes it shows blank screen and charts with wrong data (some bars are very long).

I tried to shut down and reload the programme... and it took a dozen times and a few reboot to make the charts look normal again. Is there a way to clear all the data cache or do other things so it can reload freshly?

As far as I know closing down eSignal and the Data Manager should clear the cached data.
