  • problem GBP A0-FX

    Good day everybody,

The GBP A0-FX is the only currency pair that displays with 5 decimals (ex. 1.90811).

I don't know if this is the reason why I can not set an alert
    to this currency pair.

When I try to do it, it automatically sets the value
of the alert to .00002 ( either high or low) and it pops up.

All the other currency pairs with the USD display with 4 decimal.

    Can somebody tell me why?

    Hi Jamie,

This is a result of the recent change to display GBP 5 places after the decimal from some Bank Contributors. GTIS (Forex Provider) has adopted this price structure for sending the data as well.

What you can do to correct the alert is within the eSignal
program File-->Preferences take the check mark out of the field for Compact Price Display. This removes the decimal point making the price a six (6) digit whole number which the alert will recogize and work correctly on.
