speed issues

Are there any known server issues lately or is anyone else having any speed problems...

I've been using the product for > 1 year and in the last week, and especially today, the performance was horrible on backfilling data.

Any known issues?

Did you recently modify your layout and try to access many days of intraday data especially with interval between 15 to 120 minutes?

Thanks for asking but no.

I actually don't use the esignal client; I only use the data with a 3rd party program; AmiBroker.

The speed has been horrible especially later in the day the last few weeks.
