eSignal data 02/07 - 02/08

Just started eSignal and see a huge gap in the data starting from 02/07 9:00 till 02/08 3:20; (all times are CET = 02/07 3:00 till 02/07 21:20 EST).

Rebooting, restarting nothing helps.

I checked ES, ZN and some Eurex contracts.

What's going on here?

PS: After the umpteenth restart, I got it working. I can do without this morning exercise.

We have disabled 2 servers which had missing data. Looking at your connection, I can see that you were continuously getting connected to one of the server which had the problem.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience.
