trendline question

this seems like it must be possible but I'm not sure how to get it to work. Basically, I simply want to place a horizontal line on my chart. Whereever I lock it, I just need the price tagged to the bar.

Is this possible? thanks.

That functionality is not available in the Line Tools at this time.
