user restrictions - Symbol Limit

I am a new Esignal User. My current subscription level is for 500 symbols. I have an excel sheet with 350 stocks connected to esignal using dde links. I have emptied my database in data manager, started my excel sheet, and then the data manager says I am over my limit. Can anyone explain how come this might be happening. thanks.
