Difference in 89T chart and a 89PC Chart

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to figure out precisely what is the difference in the feed of Tick charts. We have the ability to get straight Tick Charts and the PC charts. What exactly does the PC time period do. For example what is the difference between an 89T chart and a 89PC chart?
