Where I can find a measurment tool which can measure the distance between two bars (calindar days or trade units) or measure the precent distance from one location to another ?

If you double (left) click an Advanced Chart you activate the Cursor tool. This will display the CSR# and CSR% labels in the Cursor Window (see screenshot below) which represent the number of bars and percentage change from a reference point. To reset the reference point left click once on the chart. To turn this feature off double (left) click the chart again.
At this time there is no option to display the difference in price. If you would like to submit a suggestion send an email to [email protected]
