Ext Hrs update in Quote Windows?

I have the most recent Beta, and see that the Time column in a quote window indicates times after 4:00pm, Eastern Time i.e. aftert close. This would appear to indicate that updates are being made for stocksafter normal hours. Is this correct? Is this configurable by the user? In the past, when I wanted extended hours quotes, I would use the Last/Form T field (column). Is the "Last" column now updated in extended hours, as indicated by the TIME field?

The Time field shows the time for the last update which could be a FormT print or a change in Bid/Ask. The value in the Last field is instead that of the regular trading hours close as can be seen in the inset daily chart.
