Can someone confirm that the bug which causes pivotpointall.efs not working has been fixed in the new eSignal release 7.3? Also has the layout not saving correctly bug been fixed?

If you are referring to the problem with beta build 573 where the Pivots were not displaying at all then yes that has long been fixed (see image below)
As to the Layout bug what are you referring to?

In the old beta release, the poped out window could not be saved correctly without some tricks ( I forgot how to do that. But if you do a search, you can find somebody discussed that bug before. )

The only Layout problem with pop-out windows that I can remember was that the windows would not remain in pop-out mode.
As far as I can tell that bug has been fixed in an earlier release.
