Problem with "Auto" time template

I have been having problems with the "auto" time template for a number of symbols. Below are a few examples (all times CST):

ES M7 defaults to 9:30-16:15
YM M7 defauts to 9:30-16:15
NQ M7 defaults to 9:30-16:15
AB M7 default to 16:30-16:15
MC M7 default to 9:30-16:15

The correct defaults should be 08:30-15:15. This problem began when the US clocks changed to DST.

Is anyone else having this problem?
