account maintenance issue

something is different with the account maintenance pages. i am unable to get to the page wherein i can add or cancel a service, such as an exchange.

going to "account maintenance" and choosing "Add/Cancel Add-on Services", i am taken to a form that requests my credit card information.

how can i get to the pages that lists the services to which i am subscribed so that i can cancel?

I just entered my credit card info that is on file with eSignal on the page you are talking about and it than took me to Service Selection add/cancel page.
Probably just a security feature that they added recently without any explanation why you need to fill in the credit card form.
