Constant Volume Charts

Hi,

Sometimes when I pull up a constant volume chart (ie 10000v), it doesn't backfill a few days worth of history and only fills the previous 24 hours. How do I get this fixed?

Unless otherwise defined by a Time Template tick based charts (ie tick-bars, volume-bars, price change-bars, range-bars and seconds-bars) will load by default 1 day of data.
If you want to load more than 1 day (up to a maximum of 10) you need to add to the Time Template used in the chart a User Defined setting specific to that interval. Enclosed below is a screenshot of a sample Time Template that will load 300 bars of any intraday interval, 3 days of Tick-bars, 5 Days of Volume-bars and 7 days of Seconds-bars.
