Bad data

hello, i wonder why at 9:45 my chart for ES #F=2,3 is showing:

close: 943

since i compared this data with a friend's chart ( that use esignal )

and his chart shows: close 943.25




PS: could anyone explain me what does Sym means (appears besides OK OK right inferior margin)

FWIW at 9:45 I am showing 943 close for ES #F=2.
The Sym is the number of symbols being viewed concurrently. Beside any symbol in open charts this includes symbols for which alerts have been set but not those in the dropdown symbol list.
