Custom Alerts

Is there a way with eSignal Premier to setup an alert that will trigger, when either

- Stochastics is crossing up, from below the 25 % line
or
- Stochastics is crossing down, from above the 75 % line

What I am hoping to do is have the alert notify me when over two different timeframes, e.g. 3 min, and 5 min, the stochastics will both cross within a one minute period.

If anyone can assist me on how to accomplish this task, and or where I can look to get assistance on building this type of alert from scratch.
