That message usually indicates that the efs is not receiving the data it has requested (probably as a call to an external interval and/or symbol). If you try to open a chart for that symbol/interval you may find that it will not return any data.
In this case try restarting both eSignal and the Data Manager. Should the problem persist after a couple of restarts you may want to contact eSignal's support directly as they will be able to see where you are connecting to
