Is there a way to enforce tick download, with 1 second intrvals.

While one symbol is downladed in 1 second intrvals, others contain data entries with 12 seconds interval.

The Tick Downloader downloads data on a tick by tick basis. The frequency of updates depends on how a security is trading or [in the cases of indices] on how the data is transmitted from the exchange.
