option quotes mwd fh

i can't tell if the mwd options are updating. the stock has swung from 42.69 to 43.25 yet the option bid ask on mwd fh has not shifted. any ideas?

They seem to be updating here.
You may want to close eSignal and Data Manager and restart them.

i've already done that. i had this problem two weeks ago. it makes it a bit tricky to trade. any other suggestions. i've shown the bid ask to be 3.70 to 4.00 all day. what have you seen

FWIW here is a snapshot taken right while mwf fh is updating

they are finally updating again. that turned out to be an expensive morning. the option data quality does not seem to be of the same standard as the stock data
