AMEX wrong on market depth

Call up any fast moving AMEX stock & you'll see the AMEX quote on the Market Depth screen is invalid. VRA is a good example the past 2 days.
Compare the amex quote there to the quote on the detail window to see the difference.

FWIW I am not seeing any differences between Market Depth and Detail windows on VRA (see image below)
